Shipping Policy
Rosie’s Little Things ships domestically within Australia and internationally to selected countries. All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Processing Time
Rosie's Little Things is proudly run by one person, so every order is packed with care and attention.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for in stock items to be processed and packed before shipping.
For all handmade items, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be made, processed and packed before shipping.
If your order includes both in stock and handmade items, your full order will be shipped together once the handmade item is ready.
Processing times begin on the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on Queensland public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your postal details are correct and up to date at the time of purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or deliveries to incorrect addresses resulting from inaccurate information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Local Delivery (Sunshine Coast)
If your address falls within the delivery area, Free Local Delivery will automatically appear as a shipping option at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All items are securely packaged and posted via Australia Post.

Please note that Australia Post considers some parcels delayed before they are officially classified as lost.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery times vary by destination and postcode. Estimated delivery timeframes can be viewed on the Australia Post website.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll happily assist in investigating the delivery with Australia Post.
